Please NOTE: Graveyard Shift for this position is 2am-10am.
Performs duties as part of the currency collection. Physically handling drop boxes and operating all Drop Teams equipment, accurately drop and collect all BV canisters from Casino floor.

 Applies positive communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with guests, (internal and external) at all times.
 Physically handles the drop boxes.
 Transports coin throughout the casino.
 Operates handheld scan device equipment.
 Ensure the accurate machine slot drop.
 Performs all duties in accordance with approved policies and procedures, Gaming Commission regulations, and Internal Controls.
 Ensures that all drop team equipment is kept in proper mechanical order.
 Downloads the drop to Auditing.
 Protects company assets during the drop process.
 Assists with the stocking of drop room supplies
 Meets the attendance guidelines of the company.
 Maintains excellent grooming and personal conduct according to Soboba Casino Standards.
 Must be self directed, team player, self-motivated and demonstrate initiative on a daily basis.
|Qualifications:||High school diploma or equivalent required.|
Certificates, licenses and registration
 Ability to obtain and maintain Gaming Commission license.
 Required to submit to and obtain negative results on all drug and/or alcohol testing.
 Ability to deal effectively, use reason and understanding, with all levels of staff members exercising tact, diplomacy, and patience at all times.
 Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to promote positive and professional image, write reports and correspondence, address disciplinary and counseling matters, and safety matters.
 Detailed oriented, positive work ethics, excellent customer service skills, able to meet deadlines in a timely manner, dependable, flexible schedule.
 Meet expected deadlines or special projects within the designated time frame (i.e. weekly reports, end of the month reports).
 Requires normal or corrected vision to view and guide transactions. Requires the ability to lift, carry, and bend over to lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally, and frequently when filling in for absent employees.
 Requires ability to work in a smoke-filled environment throughout the entire shift.
